1. Who handles your request

SkinCity 5.5 operates the Jing'an Dagu Center and Pudong Biyun Center booking-request service. The center you select receives and manages your request through the protected staff dashboard.

2. Information we collect

The form may collect:

• Your name, chosen reply method and contact detail.
• An optional email address.
• Your selected center, service, request type, preferred date and preferred time of day.
• Any optional note you choose to provide.
• Your language, privacy-notice consent, optional marketing choice, request source and submission time.
• Anonymous interaction events such as opening, starting, reviewing or submitting the booking form, together with non-identifying choices such as language, center, service and entry point.
• Limited technical and security information used to operate the service, prevent duplicate requests and reduce abuse.

3. Why we use it

We use booking information to route your request to the correct center, understand the service you are interested in, contact you through your selected reply method, arrange or discuss a visit, maintain an operational record and protect the form against misuse.

If you provide an email address, we may send a transactional receipt containing your booking reference and appointment preferences, and later send confirmation, cancellation or other essential status updates. These operational messages are separate from marketing.

If you separately choose an optional marketing preference, that choice is recorded independently from the consent needed to process your booking request. You can still submit a request without agreeing to marketing.

We use anonymous interaction totals to understand where visitors leave the booking journey and improve the website. These events do not include your name, contact details, email address or notes, and are not recorded when Global Privacy Control or a browser Do Not Track signal is enabled.

4. A request is not yet a confirmed appointment

Submitting the form creates a booking request and reference number. It does not reserve a treatment time automatically. The selected center will contact you to confirm availability and the final appointment details.

5. Access and service providers

Authorized staff can access requests assigned to their center. Administrators may access requests across both centers when needed to operate the service. Hosting, security or notification providers may process limited information only as needed to run the booking system. Information may also be handled where required by applicable law or to protect customers, staff and the service.

Center-alert emails contain the booking reference and appointment preferences but omit the customer's name, contact details and notes. Customer emails are sent only to an address supplied with the request and can be replied to through the selected center.

If you choose to continue through WeChat, WhatsApp, Apple Messages, email or another external service, that service handles the information you send according to its own privacy terms.

6. Retention

The booking system is currently configured with a 365-day retention period. After that period, customer-identifying fields in closed requests are configured to be anonymized. Requests still being handled may remain until they are resolved. Limited non-identifying booking history, status events, security records and backups may follow separate operational retention cycles.

Retention settings may be shortened or extended where reasonably required for operations, security, dispute handling or applicable requirements. This notice will be updated if the ordinary practice changes materially.

Anonymous website engagement events are ordinarily retained for 180 days, then deleted.

7. Security

The system uses protected staff accounts, access restrictions, anti-forgery controls and server-side validation. No online system can promise absolute security, so please submit only the information needed to arrange your visit.

8. Teen appointments

SkinCity 5.5 offers Teen Skin Care. A parent or guardian should submit or approve a request where required by the center's policy or applicable requirements. Please contact the selected center if you are unsure.

9. Questions, correction or deletion requests

You may ask the selected center to correct inaccurate booking details or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify that the request relates to you, and some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security or legal reasons.

2. 我们会收集哪些信息

预约表单可能会收集：

• 你的姓名、希望使用的回复方式及相应联系方式。
• 你自愿填写的电子邮箱。
• 所选门店、感兴趣的项目、咨询或预约类型、希望到店日期及大致时段。
• 你自愿填写的备注。
• 页面语言、你对本隐私说明的同意、可选的营销选择、需求来源及提交时间。
• 预约表单的打开、开始填写、核对及提交等匿名互动记录，以及页面语言、所选门店、项目与进入位置等不用于识别身份的信息。
• 用于维持系统运行、防止重复提交及减少滥用的有限技术与安全信息。

3. 我们为什么使用这些信息

我们会将预约需求发送至正确门店，了解你感兴趣的护理项目，并按照你选择的方式与你联系、讨论或安排到店时间，同时保留必要的业务记录，并保护表单免受滥用。

如你提供电子邮箱，我们可能会发送包含预约编号与到店偏好的收件确认邮件，并在之后发送确认、取消或其他必要的状态更新。这些业务邮件与营销信息相互独立。

如你另外选择接收营销信息，该选择会与处理本次预约所必需的同意分开记录。不选择营销信息也不影响你提交咨询或预约需求。

我们会通过匿名互动总量了解顾客在哪一步离开预约流程，以便改善网站体验。这些记录不包含姓名、联系方式、邮箱或备注；如浏览器启用 Global Privacy Control 或“请勿追踪”信号，则不会记录。

4. 提交需求并不等于预约已确认

提交表单后，系统会建立一条预约需求并提供查询编号，但不会自动锁定护理时间。所选门店会与你联系，确认是否有空位以及最终的预约安排。

5. 谁可以查看，以及外部服务

获授权的门店员工可以查看分配给该门店的需求；为维持服务正常运作，管理员在需要时可以查看两家门店的需求。网站托管、安全或通知服务供应商可能仅在提供相关服务所需的范围内处理有限信息。如适用规定要求，或为保护顾客、员工及系统安全，我们也可能依法处理相关信息。

发给门店的提醒邮件仅包含预约编号与到店偏好，不包含顾客姓名、联系方式或备注。顾客邮件只会发送到预约需求中提供的邮箱，并可通过回复邮件联系所选门店。

如果你选择通过微信、WhatsApp、Apple 信息、电子邮件或其他外部平台继续沟通，你在该平台发送的信息将按照相应平台的隐私规则处理。

6. 保存期限

预约系统目前设定的保存期限为 365 天。超过该期限后，已结束需求中的顾客身份与联系方式等字段会按系统设定进行匿名化。仍在跟进的需求可能会保留至处理完成。有限的非身份预约记录、状态变更记录、安全记录及备份可能采用不同的业务保存周期。

如因日常运营、安全、争议处理或适用要求而确有需要，保存期限可能适当缩短或延长。如果日常做法发生重大变化，我们会更新本说明。

网站匿名互动记录通常保存 180 天，之后删除。

7. 信息安全

系统采用受保护的员工账户、访问权限、请求防伪措施及服务器端验证。任何网络系统都无法保证绝对安全，因此请仅提供安排到店所必需的信息。

8. 青少年护理预约

SkinCity 5.5 提供青春期肌肤护理。如门店政策或适用要求需要，应由家长或监护人提交或同意相关需求。如有疑问，请先联系所选门店。

9. 咨询、更正或删除需求

你可以联系所选门店，要求更正不准确的预约资料，或在适用情况下提出删除需求。为保护你的信息，我们可能需要核实需求是否与你本人有关；出于合理的业务、安全或法律需要，部分记录可能仍需保留。
